The CATEK Olympic series plate bindings set the new standard for performance, versatility, and ease of use. The Olympic series is available with our Standard bail closure system as well as with an INTEC compatible step-in system.

We have refined our patented mounting disc to be more durable and easier to use. The binding plate, toe and heel blocks have been totally redesigned to provide greater strength and a more robust interface.

Our Olympic Standard bail closure binding employs the cornerstone CATEK features to offer incredible power and unprecedented customization options.

The Olympic Standard is compatible with DIN sole ski boots as well as snowboard specific hard boots. Long and short plate versions are available for a custom fit, and the CATEK True Flex disc provides versatile stance options for both 4x4 and 3-hole insert patterns.

Racers and freecarvers alike requested that CATEK make a step-in version of our Standard binding, so we integrated the Austrian-developed INTEC step-in system with our proven CATEK platform to produce the Olympic Step-In binding. The result is superior performance and step in convenience.

The Olympic Step-In can be used with any INTEC-compatible snowboard specific hard boots. Note: The INTEC heel mechanism (available separately) must be installed on your boots.

We carefully engineer CATEK Olympic plates to provide the optimal balance of longitudinal stiffness, torsional flex, and weight. Using the latest Finite Element Analysis software, we matched the mechanical properties of the Olympic plates to the performance characteristics of previous CATEK products – with an approximate 20% reduction in weight!

The Long Plate accepts all boot sizes, and its 1/2" thickness provides the most powerful ride on the market. Riders weighing more than 180lbs or with a boot size greater than 10US must use the long plate.
